DELIVERY - accurate advice updated daily
Delivery is normally between 2 and 4 weeks after order.
Our garden shed prices include all delivery charges - unlike others we do not add delivery charges during the checkout process.
SPECIALIST DELIVERY SERVICE:- These garden sheds are normally delivered by the fitters in dedicated vehicles. This ensures less damage and no delay between delivery and fitting. Most cheaper garden sheds are delivered by national carriers who normally deliver to the kerbside only. Carriers cause more damage and normally refuse to carry glass or large panels. Their prices are based on weight and panel sizes. As a result, garden sheds delivered by outside carriers are made in small and flimsy lightweight sections with less wood. The benefits of our specialist delivery service include less damage, larger more rigid panels and heavier construction.
INSTALLATION
All prices include FREE INSTALLATION by specialist trained staff.

QUALITY CONSTRUCTION: A feature of these quality sheds is the door frame with vertical, horizontal and diagonal framing. The windows are glazed with glass fitted with glazing beads. Many sheds at similar prices include thin styrene glazing crudely retained with glazing pins, which provides little security or weather protection. Another feature is the substantial 2” thick framing spaced close together, which ensures a more robust and durable building.
LENGTH AND WIDTH: In the SIZES & PRICES chart the first dimension listed is the width and the second dimension is the length. The width refers to the angled gable wall. All sizes quoted are the external shed sizes unless stated otherwise.

FLOOR BEARERS: Bearers are substantial pressure treated beams under the floor, which will prolong the life of your shed. The bearers are the only part of the shed which is in contact with the ground and they are pressure treated for longer life. The bearers also raise the floor above the ground. This allows air to circulate under the floor to reduce dampness and also reduces saturation of the lower cladding boards.
HEAVY DUTY FLOOR: The standard floor is stronger than most shed floors and suitable for normal use. It features 12mm thick tongued and grooved boards with 2" thick floor joists spaced close together for improved strength. The heavy duty floor features the same bearer size and spacing but with 15mm thick tongued and grooved boards, which is exceptionally strong and suitable for storing heavier items.
CEDAR SLATTED ROOF: Attractive and durable cedar slatted roof fitted on top of a felted solid pine inner roof. Cedar slatted roofs are manufactured using smooth planed Western Red cedar boards. Cedar is a naturally resilient timber which lasts longer than pine and other softwoods even if never treated from new. Western Red Cedar is a sustainable resource from North America.
DECORATIVE FELT TILES: Mineral coated bitumen felt tiles are an attractive and durable roofing material which is far more hardwearing than standard roofing felt. Traditionally used for small buildings only in the UK, most felt tiles are made in Scandinavia where they are used widely in housebuilding.
WATERPROOF MEMBRANE: A damp proof membrane is fitted between the framing and cladding whilst the walls are being constructed. This layer is impervious to moisture and ensures that the inside of your building is drier. Equipment stored in this drier environment will last longer.
RESTRICTED ACCESS: A quality feature of these sheds is that they are made in large rigid panels. If access is restricted, your shed can be specially made in smaller sections designed to pass through a normal single door. The smaller sections are designed to be at least as strong as the larger panels normally supplied. This option is not normally required for 6' wide buildings unless there are other obstructions. There is a charge for this option and notice is required with the order. For more details see "Other options".
MADE TO MEASURE: These sheds can be individually designed to suit your exact needs at little or no extra cost. Additional doors, additional windows and internal partitions are standard options. The price normally increases only if the number of doors or windows is increased. To see our standard door and window layouts look under Design Options on this page. If none of the standard designs are suitable just contact us. You can phone us free 7 days a week on 0800 9777 828 or send a sketch of your design by e-mail, fax or post.
